Outsourcing transport? TLSafe checks the carrier in official registers, analyses their OCP carrier liability insurance with AI and returns an OK / NOT-OK decision with a PDF report – your proof of due diligence towards the insurer.
Every outsourced shipment is a decision about trust – and the cost of getting it wrong lands on the ordering party: the forwarder, manufacturer, distributor or online store.
Manual verification means a dozen browser tabs: registers, licences, insurance, VAT account. With every new carrier – from scratch.
The most common reason: policy gaps nobody checked – coverage, validity, unpaid premium. The claim? Denied.
After a loss, the insurer asks one question: was due diligence exercised in selecting the carrier? Without proof of verification – you pay.
One field. The tax ID (NIP) of the carrier you want to book – Polish or EU-registered (VAT EU).
The system queries official registers while AI reads the OCP policy: coverage, validity, premium payment. It also detects irregularities and fraud attempts.
A clear OK / NOT-OK status and a 7-page PDF report. Page 1 – the decision. Pages 2–7 – evidence for the insurer.
Hundreds of orders a month, each verified in 20 seconds. Forwarders go back to selling, not browsing registers.
High-value loads and supply continuity. Know who you are trusting with your goods before they leave the ramp.
Rotating subcontracted carriers under constant control – one verification standard across the organisation.
Seasonal peaks demand new carriers fast – but never blindly. A filter against fake companies and cargo theft.
A representative example based on verifying 100 transport orders – data from MJ Spedition.
AI analyses OCP policies (OCR): coverage, validity and premium payment. It also detects irregularities and fraud attempts.
That's 17.5 hours – more than 2 full working days recovered on every 100 transport orders, for work that actually earns money.
An OK / NOT-OK decision and report in 20 seconds, instead of 15 minutes of manual carrier checks.
A forwarder's hourly rate × 17.5 h = a real, measurable return in the very first month. And a single prevented loss can pay for the subscription for years.
The TLSafe report is not a register printout. It is a document built to the structure insurers require in their verification checklists – proof that due diligence was exercised before the order was placed.
In the event of a loss, you attach it to the order file. Six verification areas, raw register data, document thumbnails – everything timestamped.
A company that was OK yesterday may have a new board today, a VAT deregistration or an expired policy. TLSafe monitors verified carriers continuously – when something changes, you get an alert immediately, not at the next claim.
Monthly subscription, no long-term contracts. Every plan includes the full AI engine, PDF reports and monitoring.

Exclusively from official sources: the public registers GUS, CEIDG, KRS, KREPTD, the VAT Whitelist and the UFG database – plus the OCP policy documents submitted for analysis. Every item in the report carries a retrieval date and time.
The report is an opinion prepared on request – it is not public business information nor a binding recommendation. The decision to place the transport order remains with the ordering party. Its key value is evidentiary: it documents that verification compliant with OCP policy requirements was performed before the order.
The AI engine with OCR reads the policy document and verifies the three things that decide whether a claim gets paid: coverage scope (does it include your type of transport), validity on the order date, and premium payment. It also detects document irregularities and known fraud patterns.

An open API and integrations with TMS systems and freight exchanges are in preparation. If your organisation needs an integration – get in touch and we will set implementation priorities together.
Pick a plan and start right away – or leave your details and we'll show you the platform and a report on your own carriers. The demo takes 30 minutes.
